Submission Participation RulesSGG

Companies, individuals, and institutions are encouraged to engage in the initiative by completing the online registration process available via the provided link. To be eligible, submitted projects must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Geographical Relevance: Projects should be situated within the designated governorate.
  • Demonstrated Progress: Projects should be in an active state with verifiable accomplishments supported by evidence. For projects still in development, a comprehensive and accurate business study substantiating the concept and feasibility of implementation is required.
  • Two Main Components: Projects must incorporate a minimum of two essential components: technology and environmental sustainability (green). Projects that do not encompass both these components will not be considered.
  • Categorized Submission: It's crucial that projects are submitted to the relevant categories. Projects submitted to unrelated categories will not be eligible for consideration.
  • Intellectual Property Acknowledgment: When submitting a project, a written acknowledgment of intellectual property rights, along with full responsibility for any potential claims or violations, must be included. A dedicated form for this purpose will be accessible on the platform when the submission process begins.
  • Joint Participation: If multiple entities or individuals are involved in a submitted project, written consent from all participating parties is required. The nominated project should clearly specify the individual or entity entitled to receive the prize reward.
  • Avoiding Conflicts of Interest: Members of the executive or arbitration committees are not permitted to nominate their own projects or those of their family members.
  • Legal Entity Requirement: To be eligible to receive the prize reward, the project must have established legal personality before the results are announced. Rewards will not be disbursed to individuals.
  • Verification of Information: The initiative's administration retains the right to verify the accuracy of information related to any project and its participants.
